The Blue Zone in Ibiza is free on Sundays and holidays throughout the year. Additionally, during summer, from June 1 to September 30, parking is also free on Sundays and holidays, within the hours of 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM from Monday to Saturday. The fine for parking in the Blue Zone of Ibiza will vary depending on the violation. Generally, if the corresponding fee is not paid, it results in a violation that could lead to a fine. If a notification of denunciation is received, it may be canceled if the time exceeded is less than 60 minutes by paying €3.00. If the notice is not cancelable, the fine notification will later be sent to the user’s address. The Blue Zone in Ibiza also offers exemptions and discounts for certain vehicles and situations. For example, residents can park without time limits in the corresponding zone. There are also benefits for electric and hybrid vehicles, allowing them to park without time limits or for free, as set by the town hall. The rates are structured according to the parking time and allow intermediate fractions of €0.10, and can be paid in cash, through a mobile app, or with a bank card.
