The Blue Zone in Zumaia offers free parking in certain sub-zones during holidays. In sub-zone A3, Health Center, parking is free on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. The fine for parking in Zumaia varies depending on the violation committed. If you do not have a parking ticket or exceed the allowed time, the fine is €19.00 if there is no ticket, and €10.00 if you exceed the stipulated time.
It is crucial to cancel the fine within 1 hour and 30 minutes from the notice of violation or from the end of the ticket. If you are unable to cancel the notice of violation, the user will receive the notice at their home address. To avoid inconveniences, it is always advisable to keep track of your parking time.
The Blue Zone in Zumaia offers exemptions and discounts for certain vehicles. Residents in the area can obtain a card that provides them with preferential conditions. Vehicles for persons with reduced mobility or specially adapted vehicles can enjoy free parking.
